Add Entry to create a new Global Action Plan

Select the host site where this was created from, select the type of action (Corrective, Preventive or Containment) and describe the type of action required.

Select the role required that the location and/or individuals have to support this action. Select a target date and the type of review required.

Select Continue

Now you can select locations and/or individuals who will have responsibility for taking the global action relative to their own location.

All of the chosen individuals and locations selected will now have their own action plans to deal with. Each action plan now exists with its own action plan number but all are linked to the one Global Action Plan record.

The overall record shown here as #507 shows the 5 created action plans. It can be reviewed, and closed once all 5 have been completed.
