Go to App Store and search for Intelex Mobile and download the application
Open Application and Click Scan QR Code
Click Allow for app to access your camera
Using the scanner Scan the QR code below
Once the QR Code is scanned click continue
- Type in your User ID
- Click next
- Enter Password
- Click Sign in
Click Approve sign in to be directed to your Authenticator App
- Enter the number chosen
- Click Yes and go back to the Intelex App
If you do not already have the Athenticator Application you will have to download and set it up. Contact IT for help.
- Check Don't show this again
- Click yes to stay signed in
Click drop down menu in upper left-hand corner
Click on Setting in the drop down menu
Click on Biometric Settings
Enable Biometric login and allow app to use Face ID

Able to install and get in but all I can see is Bulletins and Action items and both are empty. No Incidents or Observations buttons at all.
