• Maximizing screen usage to present more data:
  • Optimised grid widths, cell spacing, padding, font size etc. to maximize the data and minimize “white” spacing.
  • Option to “see more” and “see less”. If the column has a lot of data, the data will trail with “more” option.
• Column resizing now available for all grids. Easy to “drag” columns to increase or decrease the width (previously only available for 20% of views).
• Buttons now float at the bottom for easy access on all devices. Users don’t have to scroll all the way to the top to find the buttons.

Users Group

New Teams group for Intelex Users  General | Intelex Users Group | Microsoft Teams

Can be used to communicate changes and improvements, share your best practices with other users, and suggest improvements

EHS Managers and Quality Managers added to the group

Won’t add all users (currently approx. 700 people), but please discuss with your regional / BU EHS or Quality Manager if you want to propose a small number of additional people

Can select other employee if reporting for them

Work and Hazard Observation Lists show Status - Allows EHS Managers to track open (In Progress), closed or follow-up required

Allows Observer to include details of the Unsafe Observation, for example type of PPE not worn
