Click Observations
Click Work Observation
You can add a photo from either your photo gallery or you can take a picture
Click on specific location menu
Department Area is not a required field but recommended to be used and will be specifically populated to fit your site
Date and Time are automatically populated for you.
Select the appropriate location
Type the description of the task being performed
Select the drop down menu for each observation category.
Choose Safe or Unsafe
You can if you choose to type worker feedback here
You can if you choose to type your feedback as the observer here
Click on drop down menu for followup
Choose one of the three
Click Save
If all required fields are completed the Work Observation will be saved.
You have successfully submitted a Work Observation !
