Click Observations
Click Hazard Observation
You can add a photo from either your photo gallery or you can take a picture
Click on the Specific Location menu
Location is automatically populated for you.
Department Area is not a required field but recommended to be used and will be specifically populated to fit your site
Date and Time are automatically populated for you.
Select the appropriate location
Click on the Hazard Type menu
Select the appropriate Hazard Type
Describe Hazard Here
- Choose Yes or No for Immediate Action Required
- If Yes was chosen click the menu for Immediate Action Taken
Select the appropriate action taken
- Choose Yes or No for Follow Up Action Required
- Click Save
If all required fields are completed the Hazard Observation will be saved.
