Create from an object V6

Select the Object you wish to create a report for, e.g. CAR, Audit etc

In the top right corner, select Create Report

Click on the pencil and give the report a title. Remember to click save as you go as there is no auto save.

From the Data view type box, select Radial Gauge. The Value field should be populated with the feature of the data you wish to show on the gauge. Click and drag the feature from the left side.

Set the range of the dial. This should incorporate all of the potential data the gauge needs to display. Then create the Scales the needle on the gauge will point to. These can be individually colored.

If you want to be able to drill in to the records then click on drill through. Then in the box, click and drag the columns you wish to show in the drill through table. Give the chart a title.

Click on the Refresh button to display your gauge

More complex formulas can be created to manipulate the chosen data. For example you may need a formula to deduct weekends and holidays from your data. These formulas will be very similar to those used in Excel.

Put the title in the Caption field and then choose the type of calculation you require.

Select the appropriate object field which contains the data this formula relates to.

You can share this report with any person, location or role.

Select the names, location or role and click Apply
