Select the option to Conduct Audit. The questions contained within the checklists only become visible once the auditor has selected 'Conduct Audit'.
The audit now moves to 'In Progress'. By choosing 'Edit' you can still make changes to auditor team members and/or Checklists
Go to the checklist section and open the relevant checklist being audited. Each selected auditor will be responsible for completing the checklist assigned to them by the Lead Auditor. 'Generate Questions' is to enable the questions to be populated into your checklist relevant to the version you have chosen. Put a check mark against each check list and click Generate Questions if the checklist version is correct.
Put a check mark against the questions to be filled. Fill out the relevant fields including findings and evidence. Click into the blue area under the Answer and Comment columns and complete.
Questions which are not going to be included in this audit need to be answered Not Applicable.
For any non-compliant finding you can generate a finding form and save. Edit to assign a responsible person.
Select a person responsible for the deficiency. If is is yourself, you can simply click Assign to me. Otherwise, use the Select button to pick from the directory.
Creating this NC will prompt the raising of a Corrective Action or Action Plan. You can continue on to a CAR or Action Plan or Assign if you have selected another responsible person. Using the Attach button, you can select a previously raised CAR or Action Plan which is already in the system and which relates to this finding.
Assigning will save and move to the next stage as well as making the nominated responsible person the owner of this action.

Generating an NC will also prompt the raising of Objective Evidence. Use the 'Add Entry' option to create. This section can also be used to record general evidence to all questions.

The percentage progress score relates to the % of questions answered on this particular checklist. It must be 100% completed in order to close the audit. The Score % relates to the weighting predetermined when the checklist was created. It allows you to have certain sections or individual questions contribute a higher weighting or risk than others. The higher the % the greater the importance of that section or question.
If you click on each checklist within the checklist section it displays the percentage of each section completed. Unless some questions are tagged as mandatory, you will be able to complete the audit once all questions have been answered. Mandatory clauses will be signified with a red asterisk.
Once reviewed you can select 'Submit' which will progress this audit to the Review and Report stage.
When the audit is finished you can select Complete Audit. This will set it to Completed.
At any stage, a you can Add Comment relating to this audit and its content.
