To create a multi-location schedule, select the Audit Scheduler tab.
Select the location from where this schedule is being set up and managed. Complete other fields as applicable.
Select the relevant standard and risk level. This can be a one-time audit but if it needs to be repeated at a specified frequency, click on Modify and select how often. Then choose the start and end date for this first occurrence.
Choose the Save button to reveal other sections
Choose the relevant checklist for this audit. If one does not exist, see the slides on Checklists or speak to your local administrator.
Choose the required checklist(s) and click Select.
Choose the locations who are to be involved in this audit. Each of these locations will be notified and assigned their part in the audit.
Pick the locations by putting a check mark against them.
The same audit will be created for each location
Click on Schedule when you are ready to activate these audits and create the plans to be sent to each location.
The scheduled audit can now be viewed from the Audits tab and will be seen in each location they have been scheduled in.
Once scheduled by the hosting location, each sites Audit Coordinator will be in control of their part in the audit and can schedule when they are ready to begin.
The location coordinator (set by admin for each location) can now alter the frequency according to their own preferences so long as the proposed End Date is complied with. The coordinator can now also select a different Lead Auditor if required.
The Coordinator or Lead Auditor can now select a local auditor to conduct the audit
They can then assign an auditor from the list to the checklist(s). Click in the Auditor field to add the auditor. Choose the version if more than one is available.
Put a check mark against each chosen checklist and when you are satisfied the version is the correct one, click on Generate Questions. This will load the questions to your checklist for that version.
Click Schedule if not already done.
The selected auditor(s) can when ready click on Conduct Audit. From this point on the process is the same as the Conduct a scheduled audit slides.
