How to Create Facility-Specific Notifications in a module workflow step

Open System Administration and navigate to Employee Administration - Roles

Click on Add Entry

Name the role. Put a check mark against 'Allow many Employees' if you intend to have many employees in this role and Save.

Exit this role entry and go to Application Configuration tab (1)

Choose the application Object this role applies to.

Open the document within the All Workflows section

In the Stages section, select the stage you want this message to apply to.

Edit the stage to complete necessary detail adding the responsible role

Scroll down to workflow actions to see any child entries for this stage. You can create new as required if the step you require does not exist.

Open the workflow action you wish to use for your notification and select Edit. You can use the mail button to set up the email structure

You can fill out the message content and responsible group, person etc. Use Add a field to add multiple notification instructions.

Select all that apply and choose Select.

Once all is entered, click Save and Exit

You must now Publish the new workflow for it to become active.
