Click on the cog

Select Application Configuration

Select the Application you wish to translate

Select Translate

Choose Export

Select the language from the drop down you wish to translate to. Select Not Translated and OK

Save the file once extracted

Now copy the English language selections and use Word to translate into the desired language.

Paste the translated text into the corresponding cells. When complete, save to the Excel file

Go back to the application translate screen and click on Import

Choose your saved file and click Import

Click Close

Click Apply

It is now complete. Do not be concerned about a small number of Not Applied fields.  It is quite normal. Click OK
